Creating aquatic sanctuary areas with the introduction of wetland plants helps to restore the natural beauty of lakes. Desirable wetland plants are important components of a balanced aquatic ecosystem. They provide sanctuary, food supply, and nesting areas for waterfowl and wildlife. Aquatic plants stabilize shorelines, improve water quality and induce greater clarity through filtration.
Certain aquatic plants are prohibited by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection-Bureau of Aquatic and Invasive Plant Management for introduction into the waters of the State. Our Department of Natural Resources Aquatic Plant Permit allows us to transplant a variety of approved native plant species. The materials selected for your location will be best suited for the area. We guarantee that all plants installed by our specially-trained staff will be of good quality and free of diseases. Additionally, you are assured of survival according to the terms of our warranty.
